Minister Sirisena Will Be Chief Guest At BCCS Awards Night Of The Ceylon Chamber

Maithripala Sirisena, the Minister of Health will take part as the Chief Guest of the ‘Best Corporate Citizens Sustainability’ Award Ceremony, which will take place on the 25th of November 2014 in Colombo.

Dr. Subir Gokarn, a Former Deputy Governor of The Reserve Bank of India will be the key note speaker at the annual event, which is organized by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce is holding the Best Corporate Citizen Sustainability Award 2014, for the 11th consecutive year, with the objective of promoting and recognizing Corporate Sustainability in Sri Lanka and encourages businesses to adopt best practices to create goods and services.

Currently, the Judging and Evaluation process of over 70 applicants are in progress with the process of short listing the applicants for interviews BCCS is one of the key annual events of the 175 year old Chamber, which is the premier business body in the country.
