‘Hustha 2012 Exhibition jointly organized by National Skills Council and Department of Industries, Western Province, on the directives of Industries and Environment Ministry was inaugurated under the patronage of Minister of Western Province and Attorney-at-Law, Udaya Prabath Gammanpila.
The beautiful creations , including brass and metal wares, leather products, coconut shell creations, batik, natural raw material, timber and wooden crafts and garment items of provincial craftsmen are on display among thousands of exhibits.
Exhibition which commenced on 10th August will be kept open for public on 10,11 and 12, for three days.
Buddhi Keerthisena, Chairman of National Skills Council, Directress of Western Province Industries, Apsara Mendis and craftsmen were participated for the inauguration ceremony.
