A Design and Construction Secretariat for Personal Identification in Battaramulla

The foundation stone laying ceremony for new Secretariat Building for Personal Identification was held under the patronage of Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa and Defence and Urban Development Secretary, Gotabaya Rajapaksa in Battaramulla today (05) adjoining to ‘Sethsiripaya’ Complex.

The Secretariat building will be constructed with the advisory and supervision of Building Construction Department by International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd (ICC), who construct from Concept to Conclusion at an estimated cost of Rs.7.5 billion to be completed by year 2015.

Among the other participants at the ceremony were Chairman of Urban Development Authority (UDA), Nimal Perera and staff of State Defence and UDA.
