altRoyal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) claimed the victory in 30th match of IPL twenty20 series by 46 runs against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at  Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on yesterday (23).  The toss winner RR Captain Rahul Dravid invited RCB team to bat first. RR Captain’s decision didn't work well as Royal Challengers Bangalore gave a maximum target of 189 runs for 3 wickets in 20 overs.

The score was recorded high as TM Dilshan and AB de Villiers build up a wonderful partnership scoring their half-centuries by adding 76 and 59 runs without getting bowled out.

Points Table’s 4th position holder Rajasthan Royals chased the target but unfortunately team’s score fell down as Captain Rahul Dravid was gone out for an important 58 runs. The RR team failed to achieve the RCB’s target as they were limited for 143 runs off 7 wickets. Rajasthan Royals were unable to claim the match victory because RCB’s KP Appanna took 4 wickets off 19 runs.

RCB gained 2 points with the match victory but however, RR is recording the  4th in Points Table by 8 points while RCB team still on 6th place. Man-of-the-match claimed by AB de Villiers, who scored 59 runs off 23 balls including  3 fours and 5 massive sixes.
