Putin listed India and China within his foreign policy priorities

altForeign media reported Russian President Vladimir Putin has made a list of countries that included in his foreign policy priorities and pledged the co-operation with two emerging powers, India and China, which are already listed. 
 
The strategic and particle interaction with China was of great importance, President Putin said on Monday (09) while addressing his county’s diplomats and envoys. 
 
Putin also mentioned that Russia did not concern enough on Latin America and African countries during the past and agreed to build strong relationships with those countries in future.
 
Xinhua news released a statement of Putin saying that, "We will pay careful attention to deepen all forms of cooperation with the Chinese partners, including coordination of our actions on the international agenda."
