Suicide bombers kill 40 civilians in Afghanistan.

altAt least 30 civilians were killed and 60 others injured following a planned raid that took place in Zaranj, the capital of southwestern Nimruz province in Afghanistan on Tuesday (14).
 
The attacks occurred after 10 insurgents with explosives attached to their bodies, stormed into Zaranj city early in the afternoon, Mohammed Najob, an Interior Ministry spokesman said. Three attackers were shot and four were detained while other three bombers detonated their explosives blasting the populated parts of the city.
 
Meanwhile another bomb explosion was reported killing at least 10 people and wounding 30 in a bazaar in the North province of Kunduz, officials said.
