The prime minister is setting out plans to curb welfare benefits for migrants from the EU in a speech in the West Midlands.
David Cameron was expected to say that EU migrants should have to wait at least four years before receiving benefits such as welfare payments or council houses.
On Thursday, figures revealed that net migration to the UK had risen above 2010 levels.
