Nawaz Sharif Condemns Indian Aggression At Line Of Control

September 29, 2016

Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif strongly condemned what he called 'unprovoked and naked aggression' by Indian forces along the Line of Control in Kashmir, and declared that Pakistan's armed forces are fully capable of defending the territorial integrity of the country.

The Prime Minister warned that Pakistan's intent for peaceful neighbourhood should not be mistaken as its weakness, The News International said.

Nawaz Sharif paid tribute to jawans who have been martyred during unprovoked firing by Indian forces.

The Indian Army said that it crossed the LoC into Kashmir and lauched attacks on terror targets. Pakistan denied that the Indians crossed into their territory.
