Supreme Court Prevents Special High Court From Hearing D.A. Rajapaksa Museum Case Involving Gota Until October 01

The Supreme Court has directed the Special High Court to halt hearings on Former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa's D. A. Rajapaksa Museum case until it decides on the appeal over jurisdiction on October 1.

Although the Attorney General filed a case against former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa and 06 others at the Special three-justice High Court, it has now been reported that the AG will amend the indictment against the former Defence Secretary.
