Presidential Election 2019: Elections Commission Says 46 Complaints Received In Past 24 Hours: 45 Cases Of Election Law Violations Reported

Elections Commission reported that the National Elections Complaints Management Centre had received a total of 46 complaints in the past 24 hours.

It said 45 of them are related to violations of elections law and one complaint involved a threat.

The Commission, issuing a statement, also said District Election Complaints Investigations Centre had received 16 cases in which election law was flouted and one case of violence.

Campaigning for the Presidential election started with the conclusion of the nomination period on Monday.
