Former MP J. Sri Ranga and six others have surrendered to the Vavuniya court today over a fatal accident in 2011.

The ex-MP, who is now a broadcast journalist, was later released on bail.

Ranga was later released on bail by the court.

The Attorney General previously directed the Police to arrest Ranga over an accident that happened in Vavuniya, killing one.
