Minister Prasanna Ranatunga has reportedly given his ministry office to State Minister Keheliya Rambukwella after the latter complained that the facilities afforded to him were inadequate.

Rambukwella was appointed the State Minister of Investment Promotions by President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa. His Cabinet Minister is Prasanna Ranatunga who also holds several other ministerial portfolios.

It is learnt that Rambukwella has complained to President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa about the lack of facilities at his ministry.

This has prompted Ranatunga to allow his second in command to use the minister's office room at the ministry.

The Ministry of Investment Promotions is located at the World Trade Centre building, Colombo.
