The government has imposed an islandwide curfew on May 31 (Sunday), June 04th and 5th.

This is aimed at preventing the movement of people during public holidays.

On other days, curfew will only come into effect between 10 PM and 4 AM.

Travel between districts is allowed during non-curfew hours except for Colombo and Gampaha distrcts.
