SLFP Central Committee Likely To Hold Vote On Leaving Unity Government: Crucial Meeting On May 17

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party Central Committee will hold a vote among its members on whether it should continue in the unity government. 

The vote will take place during the Central Committee meeting of the SLFP. 

The proposal to leave the unity government will be presented to the Centra Committee by Minister John Seneviratne, a Senior Vice Chairman of the party. 

The crucial Central Committee meeting of the SLFP is scheduled to take place on May 17 under the auspices of President Maithripala Sirisena.
