Rohitha Rajapaksa responded to reports that claimed he was a staff member of University of Colombo, saying that he was only a Post Graduate student of the University.

Rajapaksa made this remark by updating his Facebook page a short while ago.

 

“I am a Post Graduate student, reading for my Phd in Mathematical Optimisation of Space Debris Mitigation and Strategy Analysis, this is a continuation of my Masters Research that I have been working on for over 5 years which I started at the University of Southampton”, he said.
