2017 is yet another festive year for Hollywood movie fanatics. The movie lineup looks amazing. Here are some rocking movies for your 'must watch list':
The Boss Baby glimmered silver screen for obvious wittyness. The plot follows a baby who is a secret agent in the secret war between babies and puppies. It stars the voices of Alec Baldwin, Miles Christopher Bakshi, Steve Buscemi, Jimmy Kimmel, Lisa Kudrow and Tobey Maguire.
Disney’s blockbuster “Beauty and the Beast” has topped the $900 million mark at the worldwide box office after less than four weeks in release. “Beauty and the Beast” is now the 42nd highest worldwide grosser, having eclipsed the entire run of 2005’s “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” at $897 million.
Disney spent $160 million making the movie, directed by Bill Condon. The cast includes Emma Watson as Belle and “Downton Abbey” alum Dan Stevens as her cursed love interest.
The opening of “Boss Baby” grossed $50 million to top the third weekend of “Beauty and the Beast” at the domestic box office during April 1-3 but the latter’s $45.4 million was still the sixth-largest third weekend of all time.
For their seventh fully-animated feature-film collaboration, Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures present Despicable Me 3, the latest and much anticipated comedy-adventure in the Despicable Me franchise that includes Despicable Me and the biggest animated hits of 2013 and 2015, Despicable Me 2 and Minions.
Despicable Me 3 continues the adventures of Gru, Lucy, their adorable daughters -Margo, Edith and Agnes, and the Minions.
Joining Steve Carell and Kristen Wiig in Despicable Me 3 is Emmy, Tony and Grammy Award-winner Trey Parker. The world premiere of Despicable Me 3 will be held in Annecy on Wednesday, June 14th 2017.
After a cameo in 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Wonder Woman will be getting her own film. Wonder Woman is scheduled to be released on June 2, 2017.
In Wonder Woman, after American pilot Steve Trevor crashes on the island of Themyscira and tells Diana Prince about World War I, Diana leaves her home to try to stop the war and becomes Wonder Woman.
The upcoming American superhero film based on the DC Comics, star studded cast includes Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, Danny Huston and Elena Anaya.
