Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe says teacher shortage in the government schools will be ended by 2019 with a systematic plan. Government's aim is to create a significant change in the school education. Students should be directed to study timely important subjects. 

The Prime Minister made these remarks at a ceremony held to educate people on the economic plan of the good governance rule.
