SLFP Initiates Probe into Arbitrary Appointments During Sirisena's Tenure

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) has announced plans to investigate arbitrary appointments made during Maithripala Sirisena's chairmanship.
Acting General Secretary, MP Duminda Dissanayake, stated that vacant seat organizer positions within the party will be promptly filled.
Following a decision by the SLFP Politburo, a committee has been appointed to probe injustices experienced under Sirisena's leadership.
The committee will be chaired by MP Duminda Dissanayake and includes Minister Mahinda Amaraweera, Minister Lasantha Alagiyawanna, Weerakumara Dissanayake, and Attorney Faiszer Musthapha.
