SSP Priyantha Jayakody will assume duties as acting Police Spokesperson today in place of Police Media Spokesperson ASP Ruwan Gunasekara who will visit China for a three week period.

Gunasekara leaves for China to participate in a workshop, Police Media Unit stated.

The workshop will be held in Tianjin, China for three weeks. Apart from the police spokesperson, ASP L.R. Gamage, ASP H.M. Chulani and ASP W.D Dharmaratna will also take part in the workshop.
