Group Of UPFA MPs Walk Out Of Parliament

Several UPFA MPs including Dinesh Gunawardena and Vasudeva Nanayakkara left parliament chambers in protest over taking up financial regulations for the debate today.

They requested the Speaker for another date to take financial regulations for debate. However, the Speaker decided to hold the debate today after a party leaders' meeting.

Following this some UPFA MPs waked out of the Chamber.

Meanwhile, it was reported that the MPs were protesting outside the parliament.
