Deputy Speaker Thilanga Sumathipala will be heading the Sri Lankan delegation at the 133rd Interparliamentary Union conference to be held from October 17 to 21 in Geneva, Switzerland.

The other members of the delegation will be Deputy Minister Anoma Gamage, Ranjith Aluvihare, Bimal Rathnayake and Shanthi Sri Skandarajah.

Gamage and Skandarajah are expected to take part in the discussion on the female representation in the Parliaments.
