Veteran choreographers Channa Wijewardena and Upuli Panibharatha arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges at BMICH today morning.
