Sri Lanka's Dinesh Priyantha Herath Wins Bronze Medal At 2016 Paralympics [VIDEO]

Sri Lanka's Dinesh Priyantha Herath won the bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Paralympics in the men's javelin throw F46 event.

He threw a distance of 58.23 metres to win the third place while India's Devendra won gold with a distance of 63.97 m. China's Guo Chunglian came second.

Sri Lanka's Gamini Ekanayake finished 9th with a distance of 48.84 m.

This is Sri Lanka's second ever Paralympic medal. Pradeep Sanjaya won a bronze in 2012 Paralympics in men's 400 m T46 event.
