The Kaduwela Magistrate issued an order today calling the doctors who are occupying the Ministry of Education to vacate the premises.

The doctors entered the ministry yesterday and occupied the auditorium, demanding a discussion with the Minister of Education. They say that their children are discriminated when providing government schools.

The ministry rejects the allegations.

A token strike launched by the GMOA is already underway in three districts over the matter.
