The Supreme Court today extended the stay order on the Special High Court preventing the hearing of the of DA Rajapaksa museum corruption case against SLPP candidate Gotabaya Rajapaksa till December 20th.

The Case was to be taken up from October 15 on a daily basis.

Former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and six others have been indicted over alleged financial misappropriation during the construction of the museum.

According to the new development, the case will be taken up before the court again a month after the Presidential election slated for Novemner 16.
