The Supreme Court today reserved its order on the interim relief sought by former parliamentarian Tiran Alles in connection with an alleged fraud at the Reconstruction and Development Agency (RADA). 

 

Alles filed a Fundamental Rights petition requesting not to be arrested in the RADA case. The FR petition was first heard on May 27.

 

The Supreme Court instructed both parties to file written submissions before August 5.
