Prof. Siri Hettige of the Sociology Department, University of Colombo, has been appointed the Chairman of the Police Commission.

Anton Jayanathan, M.P.H. Manatunga, Savithri Wijesekara and Y.L.M. Zavahir are the other members of the Commission.
