UPFA MP and former Minister Janaka Bandara Tennakoon, who was recently arrested on an alleged murder, was remanded further till November 24 by the Matale Magistrate Court.

Tennakoon did not appear before court today due to health condition. The Magistrate remanded him after rejecting his bail application.

Janaka Bandara Tennakoon was arrested on October 6 on an alleged murder incident, which took place in 1999.
